Erie Vanguard Solutions, LLC ("EVS", "we") provides AI phone answering and automation services to small businesses in Northeast Ohio. This policy explains what we collect on this website and on our phone line.
To respond to you, provide and improve our services, keep records, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, or when the law requires.
When we answer calls for a client business, we process caller information on that business's behalf and under its instructions. Questions about those calls should go to that business.
We text only people who asked us to or who called a client line, as allowed by law. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We don't share mobile numbers or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.
We keep call recordings and form submissions for up to [12 months] unless a client agreement says otherwise, then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
